I’m a qualified B-BBEE Champion and multi-industry specialist in Transformation. I am currently employed as the Executive Manager – Enterprise & Supplier Development at The Abcon Group Foundation. Prior to that I held the role: Head of Empowerment Advisory & Implementation at one of the leaders in Business Consulting; Mindworx. My role focuses on developing and implementing Enterprise & Supplier Development strategy on behalf of the Abcon Group as well as our suppliers. As a B-BBEE Expert, I have provided innovative compliance solutions to companies with a collective turnover in excess of 10 Billion Rand. My expertise and industry specific knowledge extends from Financial Services companies across the Services Sector, ICT, Mining, FMCG, Construction and State Owned Entities. I'm a solutions expert, specialising in Enterprise, Supplier Development and B-BBEE strategy. I’m entrepreneurial, young, dynamic and have a flair for people. I have a relentless, goal driven personality, which has seen me through the toughest and best of times within the Transformation industry. I've had the pleasure of leading multiple teams as well as projects to great success. My unrivalled understanding of the B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice has seen me pioneer in my field of expertise and gain a credible reputation for the work that I do.
