Close to the meaning of the organization. With a variety of stakeholders, and as many diverging ambitions, interests and egos. My expertise lies in breaking through rigid organizational behaviors. Where people, processes, and collaborations are stuck, I help unlock potential, empowering teams to drive meaningful change. I always work closely with people from within the organization. It energizes me to dive deep into the heart of the organization with these 'change agents.' Together, we discover new allies, creative ideas, and real solutions. For me, the challenge is to create an atmosphere and context in which everyone can make the most of their unique talents and our collective wisdom. I’ve had the privilege of being involved in many wonderful organizations and their challenges. From coöperative banks to sports federations. From complex partnerships to local sports clubs. From action research in the automotive industry to setting up new forms of collaboration in the public sector. I love to explore and really get to know and understand a new country and culture.
