About Theo Koster

IT project management in the area of IT innovations is the focus area of my work. I manage and improve IT technology, processes and organizational aspects. I am able to identify gaps, quick wins, and set up a roadmap for the short and long term approach. I perform a thorough and to the point analysis of the situation, and I translate this in a clear management advice with several scenarios. I have a practical approach, mostly scrum based. I can draw upon my knowledge/certification of theoretical models like ASL, BISL, Cobit, ITIL, TOGAF, eTom, Scrum, SAFe, PrinceII, but foremost upon my broad experience. I am result driven and therefore like to put my project goals in a SMART perspective. In collaboration with stakeholders, suppliers, partners I make binding agreements. Realizing innovations with my team is for me the Holy Grail. Coaching and situational leadership are important parts in my way of working. I appreciate a good team spirit in an open culture.
