About Theo Pacun

I am constantly fascinated by the large systems that underpin the day-to-day minutiae of our world — whether it is the science behind properly caramelizing onions, the machinations of nation-states, or the layers of a computer networking system. I enjoy learning about and understanding how all of the small mechanisms work individually, and then how they come together to form larger movements. And of course, I love finding and eliminating the small inefficiencies in those systems which help save huge amounts of time and friction in the long-run.I have over a decade of experience serving customers and I look forward to leveraging those skills in the tech industry. I have worked in client-facing roles and also in behind-the-scenes management roles, prioritizing hospitality and customer satisfaction in both. The service industries are fast-paced environments where every second counts and the skills I gained are applicable in almost any situation: good communication with your team is paramount, and being able to analyze situations and proactively problem solve is a prerequisite. Additionally, I am used to dealing with high-pressure environments and executing consistently even under strict time deadlines.
