I'm Theo Schooling - Sales Director/Founder of Norton Blake - A boutique recruitment firm specialising in placing permanent and interim IT professionals across a wide range of industry sectors. Throughout my 16 years of working within search and selection I’ve strived to give my clients and candidates a truly personal service. Recruitment can often be seen as a cold and ruthless industry with more focus placed on the numbers rather than the individual - bombarding clients with large numbers of unsuitable CV’s with little emphasis placed on quality or ensuring that individual is the “right fit” for the role. In turn, this leads to high churn rates, increased recruitment costs, reduced rates of productivity - and unhappy clients & candidates.
