About Theodore Kaiser

I'm an experienced leader, trained investigator, and college professor with the US Army. I've had the opportunity to lead organizations with as few as 16 people to as large as over 700. I've developed the ability to train and lead diverse groups of people to become high-performing teams. I feel the Lord has blessed me with the gift of teaching and has placed a call on my life to use that gift. I am seeking for opportunities to lead and teach within organizations looking to learn and grow. I enjoy my current work as an inspector general tremendously, helping my organization identify and fix systemic issues while keeping leaders and teams in compliance with published standards. I accomplish this by developing clear strategies, providing targeted training, and communicating in written form across the enterprise. I am also a lay leader within my congregation. I host Bible studies and lead the Men's fellowship. I study theology as a hobby and love discovering the overlap between my chemistry education and God's creation. I've know the importance of leaders having a vision for their organization in order to unify their team members' efforts and prepare them to take initiative to seize opportunities within that vision. Leaders must underwrite this risk by taking blame and delegating praise, as appropriate.
