I studied Intelligent Industrial Systems which is really just 1 year of the basics of IT A+ N+ and introduction to programming and other subjects then 2 years spent specializing in a course that very deftly combined software engineering and electrical engineering. The best part going through a course like this is it really demanded a lot and hand a lot to offer. During the period I was studying I worked on projects outside of school for Tupperware and other companies and exposed myself to web design and graphics design as I always had an idea I needed to bring to life. I worked for various small companies till landing a Job at Showmax customer care which exposed me to having a customer focused approach to my problem solving mentality. I have been involved in coming up with decision trees and processed and finding gaps in the way our teams work. I'm always looking for better ways to do things. Since being in Showmax I have become the Harvey Specter of the department, I have been a shift leader then later on moved on the 2nd line support. When I started my journey I knew I loved tech but I did not know I would end up loving people too. I am looking forward to adding to my arsenal of skills and using these skills to drive business objectives forward as well as drive people forward
