About Theodore Saunders

I bring a set of talents that I believe will be valuable to my Organization and its Recruiting Team. In my four and a half years as a Recruiting and Retention Officer, Assistant Administrative Officer for the Army National Guard and my current role as the Recruiting Officer for the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services, I have honed my abilities in Human Resourcing, Recruiting Management and Recruitment from within the general community here in Lincoln as well as across the state of Nebraska. My communication strengths, people-centric nature and eagerness to go above and beyond the standard have afforded me excellent leadership skills. I have trained, mentored and assisted junior recruiting staff that has contributed to multiple mission goals met and new achievements for my teams.
