About Theodoros Millidonis

I am Head of Research Administration at the University of Nicosia and Senior Lecturer at UNIC Global Training. I am a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant and was employed in the accounting profession for a number of years, before becoming a lecturer of professional accountancy and business management, having attained a long-standing experience in the field. I hold a PhD in Business Administration with a focus on e-learning management and cost effectiveness in Higher Education. My main research interests include sustainable approaches to e-learning systems design, understanding human and social factors involved in e-learning, and identifying cost effective methodologies for the implementation of e-learning systems.
