My background spans fiber splicing, OTDR testing, VoIP setup, and network diagnostics—from underground OSP builds to customer-premise installations. I hold multiple certifications in networking, electrical engineering, and data communication, and I’m currently advancing my knowledge through an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Computer Network Technology at Delgado Community College.
