About Theresa Kramer

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in education, I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges through Christ-centered therapy. After spending 18 years as an educator in Lutheran schools, I transitioned into counseling, earning my Master’s in Licensed Professional Counseling from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh in 2023. I specialize in anxiety, depression, eating disorders, grief, stress management, and life transitions, and offer counseling in both in-person and telehealth formats. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), alongside behavioral therapies and biblical principles, to support clients in building resilience and emotional well-being. With experience in multiple levels of care, including outpatient and intensive outpatient programs for eating disorder recovery, I am committed to providing holistic support grounded in faith and grace. Currently, I serve at Christian Family Solutions, where I partner with clients to pursue healing and growth in a safe, supportive environment.
