Such as hair cutting, coloring, perming, straightening, styling. As well as waxing, facial treatments from a licensed esthetician, and hair extensions. In addition to being behind the chair and performing all salon services, I aim to ensure the salon is always clean, organized, and well staffed. I believe in team leadership and development. I am always working with my stylists and encourage them to explore the advancement opportunities we provide to them. Client satisfaction is another very important role for myself. I always make it a point to engage with as many clients as possible. This will ensure a strong client base for my stylists and allow the clients to trust myself and my stylists with any beauty concerns they may have. Lastly, I over see all stylists schedules, and their performance. I am in charge of recruiting, interviewing, hiring and firing. All of these things will make for successful stylists, a great working atmosphere, and a profitable salon.
