About Therese Andersson

A social "doer" with a sense of communication and education and an interest in language. I have a bachelor's degree in rhetoric with experience in educating individuals and groups in both Swedish and rhetoric. I enjoy working in environments with a lot of energy and a solution-oriented approach. I contribute with my commitment and desire to achieve good results and common goals. I currently work as a business developer at Folkuniversitetet, a position where I am responsible for developing, administering, and evaluating a number of courses for different target groups with a common denominator that they are new in Sweden. I also work with business development initiatives to initiate and run new and already established collaborations. Both parts with "folkbildning" as a guiding star. It is a role that involves a lot of contact with people and requires being able to keep several parallel tasks running at the same time. Previously, I taught Swedish at SFI, Folkuniversitetet, and as a private tutor. I take responsibility for carrying out good work, am thorough and efficient, and am sensitive to my surroundings. Previously, I have worked with coaching efforts, including as a rhetoric consultant, which has aroused interest in leadership. I also enjoy working in project form and working with business development, something I look forward to doing more of. In my free time, I am interested in adoption issues, fashion, and quizzes.
