About Therese Frey

FROM STRATEGY TO EXECUTION — TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR EUROPE’S INNOVATIVE FUTUREI rethink Europe and Germany as strong, self-confident economic and social key players: an incubator for sustainability, sovereignty, technological innovation and cultural diversity.I take this responsibility seriously: first of all in my strategic IT consulting projects (targeting Early-Phase, MVP Delivery & go-to-market). And second by starting, shaping and bringing innovative digital products with measurable impact to life. I work with large enterprises (e.g. BMW & Rolls-Royce, Deutsche Bahn, R+V and Allianz, energy and grid providers), public institutions and tech start-ups.As a Strategic IT & Digital Transformation Consultant, I am a holistic early-phase specialist. I combine entrepreneurial thinking, systemic organizational consulting, product delivery know-how and technology expertise. Having worked closely with both C-level management and product/tech teams, I know how to translate strategy into real-world delivery – from vision to roadmap to shipped and run product.I treat Data and AI not as an end in themselves, but as enablers for better decisions, efficient processes and new business models. I build bridges between disciplines, create clarity in complexity and guide transformation in a purpose-driven and results-oriented way.My passion? Breaking out of “we’ve always done it this way”, thinking beyond the obvious and entering new territory – with a startup mindset and a focus on truly disruptive digitalization instead of mere digitization. SELECTED IMPACT• Built and scaled several innovative digital products (e.g. knowledge management, digital personal assistants and ecosystems, connected workplace) across industries – achieving significantly higher customer interaction (30+%) and faster processes (time-to-impact improvements of 25+%).• Proven strategic consulting track record – improving IT–business collaboration by up to 40+% and reducing project and run costs by around 25% in complex enterprise environments.• Led large-scale agile transformation – reorganized 120+ people into a scalable structure and reduced release cycles from 1+ year to 2 weeks.
