About Therese Greverud

I am an experienced Change Manager with extensive knowledge in Incident and Problem Management. I have 18 years of experience in the iGaming business with the company merging and splitting many times over this period, leading to incorporating, aligning and rebuilding new processes, products and team members. I am used to working in a fast changing environment that over the years has become heavily regulated. That has left me with a good understanding of regulated and certified environments and markets. I have presented change management in a number of financial and ISO audits over the years. One of my main tasks has been process improvement including looking for how we can automate and improve our tools and processes to make them faster and easier for all users. I love figuring out how things work, how they are connected and how they can improve. I am curious, analytical and have strong problem solving skills. I work great as a part of a team but I am also used to working independently on my own tasks. I am used to listening to and working with people and continuously learning and improving my skills and knowledge as well as hold scheduled and ad hoc educations.
