Hello, I’m Therese Scott! My history of success preparing foods and outstanding meals while improving the customers’ culinary experience. I am an ambitious, passionate, and driven head chef with 15+ years of progressive experience in overseeing food preparation and kitchen operations. Now I am looking to make a career pivot. I decided to go back to College in 2020 to upskill. I studied Logistics & Supply Chain Distribution @ Cork College of Commerce, Ireland (Distinctions @ NFQ 4/ QQI 5). I feel this is a good fit for me personally, as organizational skills and hitting deadlines are my forte. Intuitive team leader; able to train and direct teams of food specialists and other staff for preparation and delivery of special foods while keeping-up high quality. I am highly skilled in managing the areas of profit, stock, wastage control, and hygiene practices whilst ensuring full adherence to the safety and regulatory guidelines.
