I am a certified commercial real estate professional. My specialty is helping business owners buy and sell, or lease, physical business locations for their own use across Florida. Whether you are looking to expand your current space, increase your number of locations, downsize to a smaller building, or simply retire and sell, I will handle all of your real estate needs. My clients have included a commercial roofing company, a fire alarm contractor, a furniture installation company, a simulation software company, among others. My work doesn't end with finding the right building. I will also manage the due diligence process, bring in the appropriate consultants, support the lender, and manage the entire process through closing. After closing, I can manage the building, find additional tenants, or manage renovation projects. Think of me as your own in-house real estate department.
