She has supported companies through large-scale changes such as carve-outs, demergers, and the implementation of new IP operating models, as well as initiatives to improve efficiency, collaboration, and strategic alignment. As Head of AI, Therese advises IP leaders on how to realize the potential of artificial intelligence across their organizations—helping them select fit-for-purpose AI tools, identify and reimagine high-impact processes, organize for continuous AI success, and establish the infrastructure required for scalable impact.
