About Thevinu Mathusinghe

As a third-year Software Engineering (BE Hons) student at the University of Waikato, I did my first internship at Interpine Innovation as a Software Developer / Programmer and now work for Interpine as a part-time Programmer. I am always looking to broaden my experience, improve and learn many more skills in different parts of the software industry. I find software engineering to be thoroughly enjoyable because I enjoy creating solutions to solve complicated problems. The feeling when I start a project on a blank screen and end up turning it into something unique is quite satisfying and addictive. I believe I fit right into a team environment because I am a very motivated and enthusiastic person who enjoys being part of a team, but I also work well independently. I love innovation and challenges, and I am looking forward to further expanding my knowledge with a job in the software development industry.
