About Thiago Brito

I am a Commercial Head specialized in driving B2B business growth in the technology and information security sector, with a strong focus on complex projects involving LGPD compliance, data protection, and international certifications such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2. Throughout my career, I have combined strategic vision with hands-on execution to: Build commercial departments from the ground up, creating processes and methodologies that enhance predictability and conversion rates. Lead consultative negotiations with strategic decision-makers, turning opportunities into high-value contracts. Work closely with marketing and product teams to align offerings, positioning, and demand generation strategies. At Data Guide, I lead the entire commercial operation, was responsible for designing the ideal sales process, and successfully closed 45+ new contracts, accounting for a significant portion of the company’s active client base growth. I also play an active role in industry events and relationship-building initiatives to generate strategic connections and strengthen brand positioning. My mission is simple: to bridge the gap between high-value solutions and companies seeking security, compliance, and sustainable growth. Open to connections and opportunities involving B2B growth, market expansion, and leading high-performance sales teams.
