About Thiago Kohls

When I was 28, I hiked across Hadrian's Wall. Not metaphorically—I literally walked 135 km, the longest wall from the ancient Roman world. While I was hiking, I thought about life, nature and of course about my future. But despite the high humidity, low temperature and physical fatigue, I kept going. I’m that person. Once I say I’ll do something, it will happen. Now, I put that perseverance to work as researcher, chemist and quality control specialist. I don’t have to hike any long wall… but I do have to go much further and trace new paths and goals. I’m a talented acquisition with interest in research and technology, building the most effective workforces possible. I’ve been helping in new products, processess and safety issues. I'm also well-versed in planning, development and people management. When I’m not on the job, I love hiking, reading and indulging my love for seeing new places.
