I’m an IT Support Technician with a strong background in systems administration, Active Directory management, and technical support for Microsoft environments. Currently working at the Autoridade Nacional de Segurança Rodoviária (ANSR), I provide technical assistance for Windows and Office 365 systems, manage user access through AD, and support endpoint devices, ensuring system reliability and compliance with security standards. With over 12 years of experience in IT infrastructure and service desk roles (Fujitsu, HCCM Consulting, Champalimaud Foundation), I’ve developed solid knowledge in user management, network troubleshooting, and process improvement. I’m now expanding my professional focus toward Cybersecurity, with interest in-Identity & Access Management (IAM)-Blue Team / SOC Operations -Network Defense and Incident Response Passionate about continuous learning, I’m studying cybersecurity fundamentals, network security, and SIEM tools (Splunk, Wazuh) while completing practical labs (TryHackMe, Hack The Box). Goal: To combine my support and infrastructure background with cybersecurity practices to help organizations strengthen their digital defense.
