Postgraduate in Business Management and degree in Business Administration I have been working in the national agribusiness sector since 2008. Working for large companies in the sector, I directed my career in the corporate sphere, working in regulatory, controlling and operational excellence areas. I have solid knowledge in strategic contract management, energy management, regulation and process structuring. Experience in process mapping and interface with corporate areas in order to align interests, seeking synergy and cooperation between areas. Experience in structuring support areas, developing scope of action, training teams. Experience in analyzing and managing service contracts, including contract negotiations, diagnostics and audits. Execution of projects to reduce costs and obtain savings through negotiation strategies, contractual synergies and development of alternative suppliers. Experience in the national electricity sector, energy trading, strategic management of supply, distribution and transmission contracts. Execution of energy management structuring project in a large national consumer, designing processes, defining performance, continuous improvement and conducting major contract negotiations and in the short-term market. Throughout my career, I have sought to develop managerial skills as a team leader and manager. I have experience in managing indirect teams (outsourced).
