I am a FinOps Practice Lead with a strong foundation in cloud strategy, AWS migrations, and financial operations. With nearly 20 years in IT and over six years focused on cloud delivery, I help organisations bring financial clarity and business alignment to their cloud journey — moving beyond cost-cutting towards value-driven decision-making. In my current role at DNX Solutions, I launched and lead our FinOps Practice, supporting enterprise and public sector customers across a range of cloud transformation programs. I deliver structured FinOps assessments, guide migration and modernisation initiatives, and implement frameworks that drive visibility, accountability, and operational efficiency. My work enables engineering and finance teams to better understand their cloud spend and make faster, smarter decisions. Over the course of my career, I’ve focused on fostering collaboration across finance, engineering, and leadership teams. This ability to embed cost ownership and financial accountability is grounded in my own journey — from Project Manager to Delivery Manager, then Head of Cloud. Along the way, I’ve built and mentored high-performing teams and delivered outcomes that connect technology decisions to business value.
