I am a Chemical Engineer with more than 13 years of relevant experience, having generated significant results in the companies where I worked through the development and launch of new products, cost reductions, process optimization, and the assertive use of data for decision-making and problem-solving. In every company I worked for, I have always stood out for leading diverse teams to achieve challenging goals, regardless of technical difficulty, while maintaining excellent relationships with colleagues, managers, and business partners. I have solid experience in managing complex projects and leading multidisciplinary teams at a global level, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and results. In my current company, I am responsible for the production of OTC medicines in external manufacturing sites for Latin America. As a result, I successfully implemented two new manufacturing sites in less than two years, ensured the launch of new products under my management, and delivered an exceptional level of production service, guaranteeing product availability and company revenue. While working in Research & Development, I developed three innovative formulations that resulted in three patent requests. I led digital transformation initiatives, reducing complexities and creating data-driven decision-making tools that increased productivity. I also launched new products in the Brazilian market, ensuring innovation and revenue growth. Currently, my goal is to further develop in the areas of innovation management and new technologies.
