About Thiago Werner Louback

I have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry with an emphasis on Technology and an MBA in Quality Management, Environment and Occupational Safety. I am currently responsible for quality management in the Testing & Analysis sector at Stellantis, in the Testing Rooms and Vehicle Instrumentation sector. Also responsible for the technical management of the analysis of engine cold start emissions. I am fluent in English, capable of giving presentations in English and working daily as an interpreter of foreign standards. I find it easy to learn new languages independently, I currently have intermediate knowledge in French and a basic level in Italian. I have professional experience in the quality management sector in industrial processes in my internship projects, in the steelcord sector and also in the rubber sector and using SAP tool and Integrated Business Management System. I was able to work with PDCA methodology and quality management tools (Ishikawa, 5W2H, Pareto, Control Charts, etc.) in addition to risk management tools and agile methodologies Lean Six Sigma and Kanban. I worked on projects (and prospecting projects) at CIT SENAI and the UFMG Fuel Testing Laboratory with a focus on the automotive sector, with topics on improving automotive catalysts allied with catalytic reform for fuel energy efficiency, quality management and testing and calibration laboratories, RD & I projects focused on the analysis of vehicle emissions and development of hybrid Powertrains aiming to comply with the brazilian normative PROCONVE P8. My goal is to apply my knowledge in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry to develop and optimize project management methodologies to provide personalized and self-sustainable solutions to innovative challenges.
