My range of expertise which can be relied on to result in succesful outcomes includes a composite of, all aspects of commercial law, purchases and sales of businesses, business succession, partnership and shareholder (buy-sell) agreements and disputes, wills and estate planning (including testamentary trusts), purchase and sales of commercial and residential property (including related due diligence), commercial transactional finance/ preparation and advising on bank documents (including bank guarantees etc.), consumer finance law, taxation law, trust law and trust deed preparation, asset protection (including in respect of insolvency/bankruptcy), franchise issues, retail and operational banking law and regulatory compliance. I am also a Self Managed Super Fund (SMSF) Specialist (CPA) and advise and prepare customised documentation in respect of SMSFs. Prior to practising as a lawyer, I was a professional accountant working in accounting and tax (both in the profession and in commercial, Not For Profit and indigenous organisations, and as such have an in depth understanding of commercial and legal complexities and bring these skills to the legal work that I undertake and which skills in all cases contribute to successful outcomes.
