For over a decade, I’ve been in the trenches of IT support and service desk operations, making sure people have the tools and systems they need to work without headaches. Whether it’s automating workflows, optimizing service desk processes, or rolling out self-service tools, my focus is always on practical results. At Garland Commercial Ranges, I built automation that cut down manual IT workload, sped up ticket resolution, and improved the way employees onboarded into our systems. I also launched an IT chatbot and self-service resources that gave users faster answers and fewer reasons to submit a ticket in the first place. Technology has always been something I enjoy inside and outside of work. I love building, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning systems, but I also know that IT is about people. A well-run service desk isn’t just about fixing issues; it’s about making sure users feel supported, heard, and confident in the tools they use every day. Outside of work, I’m all about experiencing life. Whether that’s experimenting in the kitchen, getting immersed in a great game, or traveling to new places to experience different cultures.
