I joined Lighthouse (formerly OTA Insight) when there were 25 employees,$2.5M in ARR. Over the 7+ years I was there, the company grew to +500 employees and $70M in ARR. Lighthouse is now among the biggest hotel tech providers globally serving over hotels and is considered one of the fastest growing SaaS businesses in revenue ever in the hospitality tech space. In my last role as the Commercial Director at the company, I led the 38+ FTE, EMEA Sales Organisation, consisting of Sales team leads, Regional sales managers/directors, Account Executives, BDRs, SME Sales teams, to acquire new and cross sell business (Enterprise, mid-market & SME).
