Over 19 years in Clinical Research with the last 15 years in team management as Clinical Research Manager and Associate Director and Director for the outsourcing activities, Flexible and/or Functional Service Provider (FSP) partnerships and Head of Monitoring Unit or Clinical Operations department. Responsible for execution and account management of customer models in France. This includes timely resourcing of staff, line management (management of CRAs, CTAs, CTLs, CPMs and Managers), clinical study oversight, budget and finance oversight, ensure staff systems access and training, manage quality of assigned staff's clinical work, maintaining a professional relationship with the customer, business development and negotiation of the contracts with the customers and recruitment of new people. Has significant experience working in Endocrinology (menopause and prevention of osteoporosis). Has been co-ordinating and monitoring a number of 3 multinational trials up to 8 countries across 28 sites, and including over 700 patients. Responsibilities have spanned the full duration of studies, from start-up to close-out and review.
