Early 2023, I have started a new role of Project Supervisor in the CIB ITO Global Banking department in BNP Paribas. I am in charge of the industrialization of the Cash Management Client's Reporting across all CIB's countries. Since I joined BNP Paribas I have explored many functional domains (P&L and risk, booking, KYC and Cash Management) and hold various postions (from development to a management of managers). I am working in collaboration with on and off-shore teams with very different skills sets, like developers, business analysts, infrastructures and supports.
