Sustainable development / ESG expert since 2004. Awarded digital innovator since I founded several online sustainable businesses like The Recommender, Sustainability Games (sold), The Green Agency (current), and ESG Mission Guide (current). As an anthropologist I’m looking for the context that makes the online experience meaningful and effective. In Mission Guide we develop ESG Maturity Metrics to uncover the ESG stories of ESG & Green Skills Linkedin measured the green skills gap. Current levels of green skills are nowhere near the volumes needed to meet ESG targets. We founded the Green Generation Foundation to provide Green Skills training and to advocate for sustainability in HR. Studied Biology (P) and Anthropology (Msc). Figured out that culture is a product of nature. All life has culture. Culture is a way to practice the fundamentals of life. Sustainability is practicing the fundamentals right. The three fundamentals of life and the main green skills: 1) Stimulating diversity, 2) balancing reciprocity and 3) designing for temporality.
