I am a Partner in Deloitte Legal's Düsseldorf office and a member of Deloitte Legal's corporate and M&A practice Group. I focus on advice for national and international clients primarily in the fields of mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and corporate law. I studied law at Heinrich-Heine-University of Düsseldorf and University of Bristol (UK) and spent parts of my post-graduate training in the Hamburg and the London office of Hogan Lovells.
