Even though I am a qualified Chemical Engineer, I moved into the commercial space and had amazing opportunities to build and grow successful brands, businesses and teams. I did this at Unilever, Danone & SA Breweries. My move into consulting & coaching was driven by the desire to use the skills & experience I have gained in my career to help business leaders grow their revenue, profits and people to create a greater impact and have more freedom. The tools & frameworks that I use as part of GROW’s methodology to support scaling up SMEs has been tested successfully on of small to medium sized businesses. I believe that GROW’s methodology of growing businesses, people and profitability together with my experience is a powerful combination to help SME business leaders achieve their goals.
