Analytical thinking and experience across domains helps me digest what really matters, derive requirements, propose solutions and give feedback :) Applications I use all day: GitHub, Azure, Confluence, Jira, Outlook, Teams, Slack, NewRelic Agile process- 10+ years using Agile Manifesto & SCRUM, all roles - ART Level position, Iteration/Sprint Reviews with 7 teams (80+ people) bi-weekly - SAFe DevOps Practitioner (SDP) certification in 2023 My current responsibilities include- foster built-in quality (e.g. tool status, architecture and documentation) and development process, communicate platform changes - oversee product compliance, IT security (NIST controls, open source compliance, incidents, CVEs, pen tests)- access and permissions management (IAM, developer onboarding)- provide support for domain registration, certificates and any tech-related PO or developer questions - support systems integration, E2E testing, API-first, technical user / machine2machine connections Corporate level / company-wide activities- lead DevOps maturity activities, DORA.dev participant, conduct department-internal surveys with ~100 products, coach teams and management about 4 key metrics - transition FOSS Approval process, from Synopsys/BlackDuck to ORT-based approach, consult our OSPO team, report to Solution (PM and architects)- promote knowledge sharing, feedback culture and CoP participation, CUPID principles
