Thilo Wamser is an experienced graduate clothing technician with extensive leadership skills and international professional experience in the textile and garment industry. He has in-depth knowledge of quality management, supplier management, lean management, and agile methods, as well as various ERP systems. Extensive Leadership Experience: Mr. Wamser currently serves as the Technical Director at SPORTALM GmbH, overseeing multiple production facilities with a total of 300 employees. He is responsible for work preparation, process optimization, and personnel training. International Management Roles: He has served as Managing Director and Country Manager in China, Bangladesh, and Myanmar, where he established production lines, managed costs and quality, and promoted sustainability and compliance. Quality Control and Process Optimization: At German Armee, he led a team for garment management, focusing on quality control, SAP implementation, and process restructuring. Education and Further Qualification: Mr. Wamser holds degrees as a graduate clothing technician, ladies' tailor, and sewing machine mechanic, as well as numerous seminars on SCRUM, lean management, and price negotiations.
