I collaborated closely with business analysts, developers, and testers to navigate project challenges, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with business objectives, all while driving continuous improvements in project delivery. I hold an MBA in Human Resources Management from NIBM, India, and a Bachelor's degree in International Hotel Management from ICHM, Australia. As a Certified Scrum Master, I possess a deep understanding of Agile principles and tools such as Jira and Confluence, enabling me to manage projects efficiently and foster a culture of continuous improvement within teams.
