Thirza works for Deloitte as a Technology Programme Manager in their Consulting branch, focused on leading large-scale, highly complex technical Cloud and transformation delivery programmes.She is passionate about getting to the heart of clients most complex problems, driving delivery excellence through setting up successful teams, building capability and bringing clarity, structure and governance to her work.Her extensive background spans a variety of large-scale technology programmes and delivery leaderhsip roles, both in the private and public sector industries, most recently working on a large-scale Public Sector national enabling programme. Other notable experience has included Cloud Migration discovery, technology enhancement on AWS based platforms as well as continuous transformation (i.e. to an offshore leveraged model) to accommodate clients cost or growth ambitions.Delivery of these programme draws on experience leading large teams, managing a variety of stakeholders and building capability and talent within teams to set up for success.
