I'm a postgraduate student who has a strong interest in the industrial workplace. I've learned the Mechatronics Engineering concepts from my bachelors, which are generally applicable to most machines, tools, and processes, which inevitably broadens my area of study and research. This has inspired me to consider earning a master's degree from the prestigious Cranfield University, which I believe will not only enhance the knowledge I already possess but also give me the finest foundation for achieving my future objectives. On the basis of my internships, which I completed as required by my curriculum in 2019, I significantly increased my exposure to the sector. By successfully completing an in-plant training at HINDUSTAN AERONAUTICS LIMITED, Bangalore, I was able to gain comprehensive understanding regarding the production of fighter aircraft. Here, I had the chance to learn about fundamental flight theories as well as how CNC machines and advanced robots are used to make and maintain aeroplane parts. My dimensions have changed toward aerospace engineering as a result of this internship training. Experts continuously observed my development throughout my internship and were pleased with both my performance on the practical and theoretical parts. InCap Manufacturing Contract PVT LTD, an internationally active contract manufacturer whose complete services encompass the entire life cycle of electromechanical products from design and production to after-sales services, is where I also worked as a graduate engineer trainee. I oversaw the New Product Implementation Team as an assistant engineer. SAP was utilised to create BOMs and check inventory.I volunteered to be a quality inspector and I learnt how to check things before putting them on the manufacturing line. The incoming goods were checked during the First Sample Article (FSA) inspection using a range of measurement equipment and gauges in order to ensure functionality and approve for mass production. employed the 5S, Six Sigma, and several quality tools, including the 8D report and Fish Bone analysis, as an engineer and as a team as they addressed and rectified production line concerns.
