I partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand the hiring needs, design and implement sourcing strategies, screen and interview candidates, and facilitate the offer and onboarding process. I have over 10 years of work experience in the HR field, including as a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition at e-con Systems and an HR Assistant at Valeo India Pvt Ltd. I have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services. Some of the skills that I have developed and applied in my roles are talent acquisition, recruiting, sourcing.
