With over 17 years of experience in the public sector and state-owned entities, I have a deep understanding of the HR policies, regulations, and best practices that govern the industry. I hold a Master's Degree in Business Leadership, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, a BTech, and a National Diploma in Human Resources Management, as well as certifications in Skills Development Facilitation and Mentor & Coaching.
