About Thom Wilson

I am passionate and committed individual who, upon graduating from Northumbria University, began my career when I joined Eliesha Training in late 2019. I am originally from County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland but I now live and work in Newcastle upon Tyne, England. I have a keen interest in contract management and administration and have years of experience in both fields, working on a variety of different contracts. I have worked in the field of learning and development for some time and have developed expertise in the management of bespoke leadership and management programmes, accredited programmes ran by the likes of ILM, CMI and Agored, and management apprenticeship programmes at a Level 3 and 5 standard. I also have a keen interest in business development and I am motivated to develop my skills in this area throughout my career.
