As a leading optometrist specializing in myopia control and specialty contact lenses, I have dedicated my career to advancing patient care, research, and education in the field of optometry. Over the past three decades, I have been privileged to help thousands of patients achieve better vision outcomes, while contributing to the global understanding and treatment of progressive myopia. I am recognized internationally for my clinical expertise, research contributions, and innovations in myopia management, including authoring numerous peer-reviewed publications and receiving honors such as the Garland W. Clay Award and the Award of Excellence from the Global Specialty Lens Symposium. My patented optical designs and collaborations with global leaders in eye care have helped shape modern approaches to myopia control. This fall, I am excited to transition my practice from San Bruno to the Mosaddegh Eye Institute in San Francisco's West Portal neighborhood, where I will continue to focus on customized vision care solutions—including orthokeratology, soft multifocal contact lenses, and cutting-edge myopia management therapies.
