About Thomas Allerdings

Since 2009, Thomas has used his passion for people and his financial know-how to take operations at Regency Hotel Management's ClubHouse Hotel & Suites in Pierre to the next level. As one of the finest hotel properties in Pierre, Thomas enjoys keeping a full plate managing group bookings—from initial contact to ensuring a top-notch experience for guests. During his five years with Regency, Thomas has moved from the front desk, to front office manager, to assistant general manager, where he not only works with groups but also creates a positive team environment for his staff. In fact, his team took the 2014 STAR program award, an honor bestowed by Regency corporate for reaching team goals. With a degree in Banking and Finance from Northern State and previous experience in the banking industry, Thomas also oversees accounting for the hotel. He is also Microsoft certified and considers himself a proud tech-junkie, too. In 2014, Thomas played an integral part in programming, testing, launching, and training staff on a new hotel process system where guests will receive a text when their room is ready. When Thomas isn’t at work, you’ll find him spending time with his wife and two girls in Pierre, South Dakota, or practicing his DSLR photography skills. You can also catch him playing slow-pitch softball, reminiscing about his college years when he played for seven universities over a six-year span. Thomas strives to optimize what he can do to make a better hotel experience, for guests and staff, bringing his unique ideas to the table. He even keeps notes from satisfied groups in his office as a reminder of what’s most important at work—a happy team and satisfied guests.
