More than 28 years of experience which includes assisting high net-worth clientele, Large and Mid-sized Commercial Manufacturing and Distribution Companies, Retailers, Real Estate Developers and Rental Real Estate Owners, Logistics Service Companies, Restaurants, Oil and Gas Operators and Service Providers, and clients with extensive international tax issues including frequent travel to foreign countries to lead strategic tax planning efforts. My expertise includes complex partnership operations and mergers, corporate taxation, corporate mergers and acquisitions, S corporations and strategic structuring of foreign and domestic operations. Starting my career and working for several years at a Big 4 Firm, and then transitioning to senior tax management positions in private industry, provided me with the technical expertise, and importantly, the ability to see situations from my clients' point of view. Several years of being on the "other side" as a recipient of tax services has heightened my sensitivity to the importance of delivering a high-quality tax product, in a consistently timely manner, efficiently from the perspective of both my clients' resources and time and my firm's resources and time. I hold a Masters in Business Taxation from the University of Southern California. I truly enjoy helping clients solve tax-related problems through my well-honed tax research and planning skills. Extensive international and domestic business travel has shown me that these skills are important across the globe, in helping my clients make strategic decisions with a degree of certainty of the tax impact.
