Active-duty military experience includes: Deployed to Iraq in support of OPERATION NEW DAWN in 2010-2011 providing counter-improvised explosive devices (C-IED) intelligence to US Forces. Boarded more than 50 ships (CV, CVN, DD, CG, FFG, BB-63 & BB-64, SSN) to install encrypted communication suites or to maintain existing signals exploitation systems. Traveled throughout the US and Asia to install Naval Security Group tech-control facilities.(Deployed an average of 285 days a year averaged over 3.5 years.)
