About Thomas Anger

I have 25+ years of experience in the fields of facilities maintenance involving all aspects of the trades. My training & experience in the trades have achieved the highest level in the skills necessary to complete the maintenance, repair, alteration of interior and exterior surfaces, structures and HVAC. My experience in building engineering includes using Metasys Technology's to trade skills in masonry, carpentry, painting and construction, maintenance and rehabilitation of some significant historic structures in our nation under purview of the AOC and the NPS. I have executed repairs and rehabilitation on historic surfaces and structures that involved repairing, rebuilding walls, marble, walkways, columns, and drainage systems. I have supervised work that required laying brick, stone, marble, block, and tile for the purpose of building, repairing, or restoring foundations, interior and exterior walls, culverts, chimneys, partitions, and floors to name a few of the types of projects. I am expert with many types of scaffolding, swing and X brace applications. I have completed projects installing, ornamental marble and other types of stone, brick, masonry structures and objects. I have completed tuck-pointing projects on various statues and memorials. Other projects have involved cutting and shaping brick, block, granite, marble, tile, and/or stone while constructing or repairing, floors, windows, walls. Arts and Entertainment: I have managed travel/lodging booking performers and most general office organization. I have been responsible for entering into contracts, maintaining, confirming, advertising and announcing live music events and shows. I have engineered and scratch designed, venue ground maps, directions, signs, poster art and handbill artwork to ensure a positive guest experience as well as for the artist, vendor, contractor and personnel. I’ve practiced the ins and outs of the talent buying process by working with and negotiating contracts and riders. I have created meaningful relationships with agents, managers and other talent buyers from coast to coast in many genres. I have coordinated, bands, volunteers, designed & built a number of stages, directed stagehands, developed rigging & procedures, plans for lighting, and sound engineering for live music resulting in successful events. I have worked through events, VIP hotel check in, distribution, bank and cash management, ticketing, and shuttle coordination. I have maintained meaningful experiences in hospitality for artists and for VIP patrons, rider compliance and merchandise management.
