About Thomas Arvanitis

I am devoted to the pursuit of knowledge and excellence in the topics of software engineering, computer programming craftsmanship and the architecture of systems. I believe there can be beauty in software architecture as in real life architecture; software architecture is a balance of form and function serving the business or purpose that mandates it. I find great challenge in fostering and growing teams of talented people that make big things happen. I am a strong believer of Agile and empirical workflow management techniques. Always interested in being part of great teams that work together passionately to realise efficient and effective systems. Also a husband and father of 2, to whom I owe much and I want to give back more! When my head is too preoccupied (or not) with the above I enjoy: Specialty Coffee in every way, Wine tasting with an emphasis in Greek Producers and more often than anything a good run (endorphins junky).
