Tom Ash was born and raised in San Jose, California. He loves food and considers himself lucky to have had a family that exposed him to many types of cuisines while growing up. Tom’s passion for food has developed over the years and that passion has always been a part of him. That same drive carried him through pizza restaurants, bartending, craft beer cellaring, kitchen prep and cooking, and now catering operations and sales.
