About Thomas Ashe

With over seven years of work experience in the gaming and simulation industry, I have developed a passion for delivering innovative and immersive gaming experiences to customers and clients. As a Gaming Services Support Manager - US at Puttshack, I managed the new venue delivery, quality assurance, training, operations, and support for the US market, ensuring the highest standards of service and performance for the world's first tech-infused mini golf concept. Previously, I worked as a Project Manager and Swing Suite Support at Full Swing Simulators, where I oversaw the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the state-of-the-art golf simulators for commercial and residential clients, as well as the Swing Suite venues that offer interactive sports and entertainment games. I also served as an Assistant Project Manager at the same company, where I assisted in the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects. I have a certification in Information Technology from the US Army, where I also received the Army Achievement Medal for my outstanding service. I have skills in manufacturing process improvement, new business development, and technical support, which I leverage to deliver excellent customer satisfaction and business results. I am driven by the mission of creating fun and engaging gaming solutions that appeal to a diverse and inclusive audience, and I enjoy working with a team of talented and passionate professionals who share the same vision and values.
